Individual Therapy

Here For You

If you’re looking for quality Individual Therapy sessions with a Licensed Mental Health Service Provider that cares, then you’ve come to the right place. I guide my patients every step of the way and implement various methods to help them develop new attitudes towards life’s most complex matters.                                                                To determine the appropriate treatment plan for you, a comprehensive psychological evaluation is done during initial sessions. An individualized treatment plan is uniquely created with you and based on your needs; there are no “cookie cutter” approaches used. We will use the treatment plan regularly to evaluate how well therapy is helping you to reach your goals.
The length of your therapy course varies depending on the issues you bring up, the effort you put into it, and the methods used to assist you in achieving therapeutic goals. Each session will last approximately 45-60 minutes, and at a frequency to be determined by your needs and availability.

Group Therapy

A Happier, Healthier You

Feeling a bit down lately and nothing seems to lift your spirits? It might be time to seek help from a licensed professional. My Group Therapy sessions help patients develop positive attitudes towards life’s challenging circumstances.  Group Therapy allows you to identify with others going through similar struggles. It provides a platform to provide and receive support in a non-judgmental environment while you learn valuable skills and build healthy relationships.

Group therapy usually meets for an hour or two each week. Some people attend individual therapy in addition to groups, while others participate in groups only.

Many groups are designed to target a specific problem, such as depression, obesity, panic disorder, social anxiety, chronic pain or substance abuse. Other groups focus more generally on improving social skills, helping people deal with a range of issues such as anger, shyness, loneliness and low self-esteem.
